Knitting unit Capable of knitting all types of knit fabrics like jersey, rib, interlock, french terry, pique, waffle, jacquard etc.
Dyeing Facility Our dyeing mills have vessels for sample quantities from 10 KG to 100 KG and bulk vessels from 200 KG to 1000KG. All dyes used are eco-friendly to the environment.
Weaving Unit Capable of weaving fabrics like poplin, flannel, satin, cambric, drill, twill, etc.
Rotary Printing Our rotary printing mills have capability to print up to 12 screens. All inks used are lead and phthalates free.
Screen Printing Associate printing facility, capable of printing pigment, non-pvc, plastisol, glitter, foil, puff, flock, etc. Equipped with manual and automatic printing machines.
Cutting Unit Marker placed on the lay and cut using straight knife.Also equipped with band knife machine for precision cutting.
Embroidery Unit Equipped with latest Barudan and Tajima machines with up to 24 heads.
Sewing Line 1-4 Garment stitching.
Sewing line 5-7 Sewing with precision.
Checking Checking for oil and dirt spots, fabric mistake, print mistake, holes, size mistake, etc. Defect garments are eliminated and send to final checking.
Ironing All garments are ironed after final checking for packing.
Packing Garments are packed in cartons and are ready for shipment.
